Customer Safety During Covid-19

What have we done to ensure safety?

  1. Appointments are required to ensure no more than 2 clients in our offices at any time.

  2. Installed Molekule Air Purifiers in both locations with UV light that eliminates germs and bacteria, as well as any other contaminants in the air 5 times every hour.

  3. Extended appointment times from 10 minutes to 15 minutes to allow staff time to clean and disinfect changing rooms between every client.

  4. Full office cleaning every 2 hours, using CDC approved cleaning solutions to ensure all surfaces are clean and safe.

  5. Masks are required for staff and clients alike at this time.  This is in order to ensure safety for everyone involved, including our families at home.

  6. Social distancing practices in place at checkout, as well as contact free payment.

  7. As always at Halo, every client is provided with clean, dry socks/robe/gloves for every visit.
